THINK-I LTD

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2025

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of PerformConnect Arts, operated by Think-I Ltd. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them — they're written to be understood, not to confuse you.

1. Who we are

PerformConnect Arts is operated by Think-I Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales. Our platform is accessible at arts.performconnect.co.uk.

Contact us at: hello@performconnect.co.uk

2. What the platform does

PerformConnect Arts is a professional networking platform for the entertainment industry. It enables artists, performers, producers, DJs, musicians and industry professionals to connect, discover talent, post and respond to opportunities, and build their careers.

We facilitate connections — we are not a booking agency, employment agency, or party to any agreement made between members on or through the platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

The platform is intended for professional use. Members from the UK and internationally are welcome. Accounts must represent real individuals or legitimate businesses — no fictitious personas or automated accounts.

4. Artist profiles and your content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to PerformConnect Arts — your profile information, media, portfolio links, and posts.

By publishing content on the platform, you grant Think-I Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and distribute that content within the platform and in connection with marketing the platform (for example, in social media posts promoting PerformConnect Arts). We will never sell your content to third parties.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or our Community Guidelines, without notice where the violation is serious.

5. Industry accounts

Industry subscribers (labels, venues, promoters, and other professionals) agree to use the platform solely for legitimate professional purposes. Contact information and profiles of artists on the platform must only be used to make genuine, professional approaches related to work opportunities.

Harassment, unsolicited personal approaches, or misuse of artist contact details are grounds for immediate account removal. See our Community Guidelines for full details.

6. Subscriptions and payments

We offer the following membership plans:

  • Free — basic profile and browsing, no charge
  • Artist Pro — £12.99/month
  • Industry Pro — £79.99/month
  • Industry VIP Elite — £199.99/month

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until that date. We do not issue refunds for partial months except where required by applicable law, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Prohibited conduct

When using PerformConnect Arts, you must not:

  • Create false or misleading profiles
  • Harass, threaten or demean other members
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam
  • Scrape, copy or systematically extract member data
  • Attempt to circumvent payment or access features you have not paid for
  • Post exploitative, unpaid or misleading opportunities
  • Discriminate against members on the basis of race, gender, disability, age, sexual orientation or any other protected characteristic

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent removal of your account.

8. Intellectual property

Think-I Ltd owns all intellectual property in the PerformConnect Arts platform — including its design, branding, code, and all content created by Think-I Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our express written permission.

You own your own submitted content. We own the platform. Those two things are distinct.

9. Limitation of liability

PerformConnect Arts is provided as a networking tool. We are not responsible for the outcome of any arrangement made between members — including bookings, collaborations, payments between parties, or disputes arising from work undertaken.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Think-I Ltd's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email with at least 30 days' notice before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
